Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Queensland).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information (where applicable).

During peak periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide.

Standard Shipping
  • Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days (metro areas)
  • Regional areas may take longer
Express Shipping
  • Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days (metro areas)
  • Regional delivery times vary

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We ship via Australia Post. 

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping 

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly supplied addresses.
  • Packages returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos (if damaged)
  • Any relevant delivery information

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal service disruptions
  • Weather events
  • Industrial action
  • High-volume periods

Authority to Leave

Unless otherwise requested, parcels may be left in a safe place at the delivery address.

If you do not wish for your parcel to be left unattended, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
