Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind provided that:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is provided

If these conditions are met, we will offer:

  • A refund to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs), or

  • A store credit, if preferred

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Items Not Eligible for Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage

  • Gift cards or final sale items

Faulty or Incorrect Items (Australian Consumer Law)

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is:

  • Faulty

  • Unsafe

  • Not as described

  • Different from what was ordered

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with ACL.
Please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos, and we’ll make it right.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
